Gumballs.com was built to give everyone access to the same high quality, low cost gumball machines and vending supplies that we used. We eventually branched out and started selling high quality bubble gum machines for home use and gifts. Technologies Used: Josh continued, “Gumballs.com was originally a Yahoo Ecommerce site and grew up on that platform before migrating to Magento in 2012. We found that Magento allows us to easily partner with tools like Optimizely and Extendware to constantly improve the customer experience on our website.”
Advice / Tips: Josh finished, “One thing that we have learned over the years as an ecommerce company is not to neglect your email programs. Be sure to spend time optimizing your email campaigns and ask your customers to leave reviews for you. People need to be reminded to share their good experiences (although they are always more than happy to let you know when things do not go as they expected).”
